Mr. Harr, our leader for team-building activities, was unable to be with us this afternoon. However, he had instructed his replacement, Sarah Graver, to lead on in spite of his absence, and so she did. Yes, we learned some more on how to work together, and yes, we learned who can and who cannot catch a tennis ball.
We specifically worked on the games that we plan to use for VBSs with Costa Rica children. Having veterans on our team is a huge blessing as they remember what worked well and what did not work at all this last January there.
Miss Clements directed the meeting and relayed to each their prayer and Bible study partner. Each team member is also assigned a number and travel group, so that we will never get lost :) (Lord willing).

Meeting #2 at the Panosians
On 11/09/2011, the team met for a second time to see what various committees have come up with for crafts, games, music, and other vacation Bible school projects to take with us to Costa Rica. Mr. Harr led us in a team-building activity that tested the strength of both one finger each and one brain each. I think we succeeded. We also have seen the Lord begin to bring in funds for various team members, for which we thank the Lord.
We will be starting a study in the book of 1st Peter, and next time we meet, we will be divided into prayer partners. But that doesn't stop us from praying right here and now!
Please pray with us as we plan for the ministry opportunities and as we look for all the funds necessary for travel and projects.
